We loved the cleanliness of the hotel, with big and clean rooms. The hotel facilities were fantastic, especially the arcade games, swimming pool, and funland, perfect for a family trip. The location was great, as it was within walking distance towards the town center on the right. The restaurant served a delicious and varied selection of food for breakfast. Staffs are polite and helpful. Hair dryer for standard room need to request. Standard room is spacious, and cold. My room is 913,near to the funland, was a bit noisy at night. Breakfast is good, my first time to have Roti Plata in hotel breakfast.

The wireless connection need password. A bit troublesome when I need to request for different password whenever I need internet connection.

Brastagi highland was easy to reach. Loved the pool. Location, walking distance to all attractions. Was a good choice for holiday.

We had an amazing time at this resort and our stay was truly unforgettable; the rooms had a beautiful view of the volcano and it was a fantastic place to use as a starting point for exploring the area.

the hotel lacked soundproofing and the noise from other guests was very disruptive.
